General Information

Provides community education and consultation, focusing on diseases such as measles, salmonella, hepatitis, and tuberculosis. Referrals are made to health providers for diagnosis and treatment of all communicable diseases. Education and follow-up on suspect or positive cases is provided to prevent the spread of the disease.

No fee for services provided for follow up to active or suspect communicable diseases. Fees for requested testing such as TB skin testing for employment.
