- Department Coordination
Assist the County Board in coordinating the activities of the various departments.
- Personnel Administration
Manage the personnel program including employee benefits, recruitment, orientation, contract negotiations, personnel files and general personnel administration.
- Risk Management
Provide coordination of various safety programs and administration of property, liability and work compensation insurance programs.
- Special Projects & Policy Development
Provide recommendations and prepare county-wide polices and programs at the direction of the County Board.
