June 20, 2018 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - July 9, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on July 9, 2018 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Gary LaCount, 7800 South Chase Road, Pulaski, WI  54162 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 559 County Road C.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Scott and Cheryl Binkowski, 7587 County Road S, Sobieski, WI  54171, Agent: Ken Kornowski to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 24, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 7587 County Road S.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Hogan Park, LLP, 2484 St. Pats Drive, Suamico, WI  54313 and Joseph Corson, 6399 Allen Road, Sobieski, WI  54171 to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the properties are in Sections 28 and 29, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico.  (No on-site inspection)

APPLICATION NO 4 at 10:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for James and Gloria Sikorski, 6468 Kelly Jo Drive, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District and Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 9, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 6468 Kelly Jo Drive.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for David VanderVelden, 3694 Airport Road, Oconto, WI  54153 to rezone from Agricultural District to Restricted Commercial District.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 3692 Airport Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO 6 at 12:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Bruce Micoley, 10220 Big Eddie Lane, Suring, WI  54174, Agent: Paul Shallow to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 5, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 9275 Valley Line Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 8 at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Steve Krueger, 7320 County Road B, Coleman, WI  54112, Agent: Logan Krueger, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 7320 County Road B.  (On-site inspection at 2:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 9 at 3:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for Gary Edwards, 2488 Shady Lane, Green Bay, WI  54313 to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 4, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 14463 Pat Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 3:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
