July 9, 2018 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustment - July 25, 2018

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on July 25, 2018.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Brooke Schmolinske, 1282 River Street, Sobieski, WI  54171 for a variance to build closer to the side lot line.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 1282 River Street.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Little River Town Hall for Ewald Schwabe, 4210 Little River Road, Lena, WI  54139, Agent:  Biehl Construction Co, Inc., for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T29N, R21E, Town of Little River, 4210 Little River Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Christopher Hines, 5914 Donegal Lane, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 5914 Donegal Lane.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 1:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for John Rusch, N5429 Poplar Road, Shawano, WI  54166 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road and the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 16729 Nicolet Road.  (On-site inspection at 12:45 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Thomas and Ann Vukovich, 4220 River Forest Circle, Pulaski, WI  54162, Agent: Harry Smith for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17620 Red Maple Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
