July 22, 2019 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - August 12, 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on August 12, 2019 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Gohr Trust, 8410 Gohr Road, Krakow, WI  54137 to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 3, T26N, R20E, Town of Chase, 8410 Gohr Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Stiles Town Hall for Joan Gauthier Estate, Agent: Paul Shallow to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles, County Road I.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Stiles Town Hall for Marvin Rusch Estate, Agent: Mike Rusch, 3674 School Road, DePere, WI  54115 to rezone from Forest District to Agricultural District; from Agricultural District to Forest District; and from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 11, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles, 5574 LeMere Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Gillett Town Hall for Mary Framnes, 10690 Quarterline Road, Gillett, WI  54124, Agent: Harry Smith, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T28N, R18E, Town of Gillett, 10690 Quarterline Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for Melissa Faul, P.O. Box 386, Lakewood, WI  54138 to rezone from General Commercial District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain, 12140 Lakeside Drive.  (On-site inspection at 12:45 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for Todd Frish, 2204 VanBuren Street, New Holstein, WI  53061, Agent: Harry  Smith,  to rezone from General Commercial District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 11, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 14294 County Road W.  (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
