April 5, 2019 - Request for Bids - Courthouse Annex Roof Replacement

GENERAL INFORMATION

PURPOSE

The intent of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to contract with a qualified firm to replace the roof on Building ”A” Annex at the Oconto County Courthouse complex.

ISSUING OFFICE PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
This RFB is issued by the Oconto County Public Property Committee, through its Maintenance Engineer who is the project administrator for this RFB. All questions regarding this RFB shall be made through the Maintenance Engineer at the following address:

Oconto County is not liable for any costs incurred by any firm submitting a Bid.

BID RECEIPT
To be considered, each firm must submit a response to this RFB and respond to the SELECTION
CRITERIA identifying your understanding of the services requested. The Bid must be signed in ink by an official authorized to bind the firm.

Bids must be marked as Building “A” Annex Roofing Replacement Project and must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. CST, Friday, May 3, 2019.  The vendor is responsible for the timely receipt of their bid by the project administrator.  Late or faxed bids will not be considered.

The Public Property Committee will consider the bids at their meeting on May 8th meeting, meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. in Room 2119 in the Courthouse.  It is anticipated that the County Board will act on this matter at their May 23rd 2019 meeting.


MANDATORY WALK THROUGH
Firms who submit bids will be required to attend a mandatory meeting at the Courthouse complex. This will provide an opportunity for the firm(s) to view the site and to clarify the project through mutual understanding. This mandatory meeting will be held Thursday April 25th at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1004.
