May 6, 2013 - 2012 Land Sale-Remaining Parcels
Sealed bids for the remaining tax deed land sale parcels will be received on a monthly basis by the Land Information Systems Dept. on behalf of the Land Information Systems Sub-Committee. The Bids will be publicly opened at the Oconto County Courthouse, by the Sub-Committee at the official monthly Sub-Committee meeting. The Sub-Committee may withdraw any parcel, accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of Oconto County. The official award will be made at the monthly Committee meeting.
