November 16, 2018 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - December 10, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on December 10, 2018 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Leonard and Cindy Wahl, 8246 Wahl Lane, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 4, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 8820 CCC Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Curt Wirtz, 9194 Yurek Road, Pulaski, WI  54162 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 9194 Yurek Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Gary Antepenko, 6596 Kawula Lane, Sobieski, WI  54171 to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 6596 Kawula Lane.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Russell Olson, 200 William Street, #202, DePere, WI  54115 to rezone from Forest District with a Conservancy Overlay to Forest District.  Location of the property is in Section 4, T26N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, Sampson Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 10 at 3:45 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Rob Schaefer Trust, 1845 Cobblestone Court, Kaukauna, WI  54130, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 10, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, El Dorado Road.  (On-site inspection at 3:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
