August 14, 2017 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustment - August 30, 2017

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on August 30, 2017.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Patrick Tappa, 3435 S. Cari-Adam Drive, New Berlin, WI  53146 for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a second story on an accessory building (garage).  Location of the property is in Section 26, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, 12845 South White Potato Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for Spur of the Moment Ranch, LLC, 14221 Helen Lane, Mountain, WI  54149, Agent: Lindor Maletzke, for a Conditional Use Permit for a retail or wholesale business involving sales of goods and/or services for a camp store.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 14221 Helen Lane.  (On-site Inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Riverview Town Hall for Michael Wisneski, W4805 Cloverland Drive, Lomira, WI  53048 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T32N, R16E, Town of Riverview, 15294 Loon Rapids Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Justin Cleereman, 17268 Emma Lea Lane, Lakewood, WI  54138, Agent: Kevin Marshall, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15041 State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for John Wetli, 3530 Fayette Lane, Green Bay, WI  54311 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark for a retaining wall.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17671 East Wheeler Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Rick and Bev Bodart, 1838 Greenfield Avenue, Green Bay, WI  54313, for a variance to build closer to both side lot lines, the rear lot line and the ordinary high water mark for retaining walls.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17974 Sunset Bay.  (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
