August 18, 2017 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - September 11, 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on September 11, 2017 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Sharon Budz, 1149 Hilbert Road, Sobieski, WI  54171 to rezone from Forest District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 24, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 1149 Hilbert Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Rick and Dawn Robenhorst, 3182 Timberwood Court, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 7059 County Road E.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Michael Falk, 5932 Main Street, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District and Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 34, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, Main Street.  (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Town Hall for Michael and Jill Capser, 1808 Reva Drive, Northwood, OH 43619, Agent: Paul Shallow to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 29, T28N, R22E, Town of Oconto, 5436 County Road N.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at  the Lena Town Hall for Dan, Joan and Mary Slempkes, 6000 County Road M, Lena, WI  54139, Agent: Paul Shallow, to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 3, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena, 6000 County Road M.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO 6 at 3:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for Paul Schuette, 1876 Fair Lane, Greenleaf, WI  54126, Agent: Harry Smith for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create lots with no frontage on a public road.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain, 12246 and 12237 Sunset Lane.  (On-site inspection at 2:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 3:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for Lloyd Schaut, 12968 State Highway 32/64, Mountain, WI  54149, Agent: Hugh Guy, to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 14, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 13587 Silver Hill Road.  (On-site inspection at 2:45 PM)


Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
