Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on August 14, 2017 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Chase Town Hall for James Zablocki, 760 Camber Lane, Pulaski, WI  54162, Agent: Zachary Challis to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 760 Camber Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM at the Oconto Town Hall for Daniel Kussow, et al, 3290 Windover Road, Green Bay, WI  54313 to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District and Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, Airport Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:15 AM at the Oconto Town Hall for Holy Trinity Parish, 716 Madison Street, Oconto, WI  54153, Agent: Daniel Lauth, to rezone from Community Service District to Agricultural District.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, State Highway 22.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:45 AM at the Brazeau Town Hall for James Jansen, 1315 S. Sedona Drive, Oneida, WI  54155 to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 9658 N. Marl Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:00 PM at the Brazeau Town Hall for John Rosner, W9125 W24th Road, Pound, WI  54161 to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 10750 West Rost Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 1:45 PM at the Riverview Town Hall for Richard D. Nelson Trust, 16330 Anderson Lane, Mountain, WI  54149, Agent: Scott Butler, for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create lots with less than 100 feet of frontage on a public road.  Location of the property is in Section 7, T32N, R16E, Town of Riverview, 16330 Anderson Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
