June 20, 2017 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - July 10, 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on July 10, 2017 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Daniel and Melissa Winter, 4987 Geano Beach Road, Little Suamico, WI  54141 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 6, T26N, R212E, Town of Pensaukee, Moody Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:15 AM at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Corey Rank/Jamie Kuhn, 7628 Konitzer Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Forest District and Rural Residential District to Agricultural District.  Location of the property is in Section 36, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 7628 Konitzer Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Donald Peterson, 217 Grove Street, Oconto Falls, WI  54154, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 8044 State Highway 22.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 10 at 4:00 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Diane Dobrzenski, 16897 Presbyterian Road, Townsend, WI  54175, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 3, T32N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 16897 Presbyterian Road.  (On-site inspection at 3:30 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
