Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on August 27, 2014 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.
APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for George Klein, 4776 Brookside Road, Abrams, WI 54101, Agent: Joshua Meyers, for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create a lot with less than 100 feet of lot width. APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:15 AM at the Underhill Town Hall for Craig Montour, 12707 Wiskow Road, Cecil, WI 54111, Agent: John Herbel, to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Forest District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 35, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill, 12707 Wiskow Road. (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)
APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:30 AM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17340 State Highway 32, for Glen Downer, 17111 N. Wapota Drive, Townsend, WI 54175, Agent: Jeanne Downer to rezone from Residential Multiple Family (R-2) District to General Commercial (GC) District. The Planning & Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. Location of the property is in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17825 State Highway 32. (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)
Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
