Intensive Supervision Program (ISP)

Adjudicated delinquents are court-ordered to participate in this program as an alternative to placement in a correctional institution or other out-of-home care. These youths must have face-to-face contact with the Intensive Supervision Worker or designee, on a daily basis, seven days a week. Rules of conduct are also court-ordered and violations result in immediate consequences such as secure detention, home detention, or community service hours. Electronic monitors (bracelets) are sometimes used in conjunction with this program. The juvenile’s parents are responsible for post-adjudication services based on their income. Parents are responsible for Secure Detention costs.
