Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - October 9, 2023

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Land and Water Resources Committee will hold public hearings on 10/9/2023 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:30 AM at the Mountain Town Hall for Town of Mountain, Po Box 95, Mountain, WI 54149, Agent: Lindor "Skip" Maletzke, to rezone from General Commercial District & Industrial District to Community Service District.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM) 13505 Weller Rd. 

APPLICATION NO. 2 at  9:20 AM at the Bagley Town Hall for Anthony Koch, 9747 County Rd. Z, Pound, WI 54161, Agent: Paul Shallow, to rezone from Residential Single Family District & Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 24, T30N, R18E, Town of Bagley. (On-site inspection at 9:15 AM) 9747 County Rd. Z

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:25 AM at the Stiles Town Hall for Eugene & Rickie Smith, 8437 County Rd. I, Oconto Falls, WI 54154, Agent: Richard Angus, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 7, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles.   (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM) 6972 Bacon Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following application no. 3  at the Stiles Town Hall for William Murphy, 2532 Indian Hill Dr., Green Bay, WI 54313, Agent: Paul Shallow, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 3, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles. (On-site inspection at 10:10 AM) 6040 Guelig Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 11:45 AM at the Abrams Town Hall for Chad Saeger, 5266 Liegeois Rd., Abrams, WI 54101, to rezone from Forest District to Restricted Commercial District. Location of the property is in Section 12, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM) 5266 Liegeois Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following application no. 5  at the Abrams Town Hall for Garret & Allison Clark, 3790 Mosers Ln., Oconto, WI 54153, Agent: Dennis Clark, to rezone from Rural Residential with Conservancy Overlay District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 14, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams. (On-site inspection at 11:25 AM) 3760 Early Ln. 

APPLICATION NO. 7 immediately following application no. 6  at the Abrams Town Hall for Bryan Kleczka, 1599 Riverside Dr., Suamico, WI 54173, to rezone from Rural Residential District to Restricted Commercial District.  Location of the property is in Section 28, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams.  (On-site inspection at 11:35 AM) 6485 County Rd. E

APPLICATION NO. 8 at 1:45 PM at the Chase Town Hall for Walter Christiansen, 2118 Holowinski Rd., Sobieski, WI 54171, Agent: Kathy Fischer, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 2, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM) 2118 Holowinski Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 9 at  2:30 PM at the Oconto Town Hall for Loren Derstine, 2886 Logtown Rd., Oconto, WI 54153, Agent: , to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 12, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto. (On-site inspection at 2:20 PM) 2886 Logtown Rd. 

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezoning’s are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
