Oconto County Department of Health & Human Services has an exciting professional employment opportunity for a Social Worker as the Out of Home Care Coordinator. This position is responsible to provide, coordinate , and monitor out of home placement services in accordance with local state and federal standards.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team! Minimum requirements are a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a BSW or BS/BA degree in social work or other related Health & Human Services Field with a Social Work Certification preferred.
Starting wage is $25.88 per hour plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Finalists will be required to undergo a detailed background check.
