Beginning where the shore of Green Bay and the south line of the City of Oconto intersect; thence southwesterly along the shore of Green Bay to the Pensaukee River; thence westerly along the Pensaukee River to the center of U.S. Highway 41; thence southwesterly along the center of U.S. Highway 41 to the west boundary line of the Town of Pensaukee; thence north along the said west boundary line to the northwest corner of the Town of Pensaukee; thence east along the north boundary line of the Town of Pensaukee to the southwest corner of the Town of Oconto; thence north along the west boundary line of the Town of Oconto to State Highway 22; thence east along State Highway 22 to the west boundary line of the City of Oconto; thence in a counter clockwise direction along the west and south boundary line of the City of Oconto to the place of beginning.
