February 7, 2020 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - February 27, 2020

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on February 27, 2020.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Riverview Town Hall for Road Trippers LLC, W11726 Whooley Road, Waupun,WI  53963, Agent: Scott Peters for a variance to build closer to the side lot line, closer to the centerline of two roads, and to reduce the visual clearance triangle.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T32N, R17E, Town of Riverview, 11896 Schmidt Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Paul Miller, N6448 Abbey Court, Sheboygan, WI  53083 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 1, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, 9119 Half Moon Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM,  or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Scott Thomson, 8706 Lee Lake Road, Pound, WI  54161 for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 28, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 8706 Lee Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Paul Nelson, 6699 Tower Drive Road, Lena, WI  54139 for a Conditional Use Permit for a retail or wholesale business involving design work for fabricating metal products and fabrication.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, Executive Circle.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for P & Q Bay Side, LLC, 1509 N. Prospect, Milwaukee, WI  53020, Agent:  Kristen Waas for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 17, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, Yurek Road.  (On-site inspection at 12:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
