August 20, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - September 13, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on September 13, 2021 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the How Town Hall for How Town Hall for North Branch Properties, LLC, Jon Bahrke, 9363 Yurek Road, Pulaski, WI  54162 to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District and Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T29N, R17E, Town of How, 8783 Alder Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1, at the HOW Town Hall for Clifford Eiting, 442 Van Street, Kaukauna, WI  54130, Agent: Mark Love to rezone from Rural Residential District with a Conservancy Overlay to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 19, T30N, R17E, Town of Breed, 14403 County Road AA.  (On-site inspection at 9:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO 3. at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Lena Town Hall for Roy & Charlene Meier, 8703 Midway Road, Lena, WI  54139 and Jeff Desterheft, 8673 Midway Road, Lena, WI  54139 to rezone from Residential Single Family District, Agricultural District and General Commercial District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 18, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena, 8703, 8691 and 8673 Midway Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for David & Cynthia Imig, 1293 Sunny Creek Drive, Green Bay, WI  54313 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, W. Frontier Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 immediately following Application No. 4 at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Donald Wolfgram, 5262 Allen Road, Little Suamico, WI  54141 to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 24, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, Tanglewood Drive.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
