June 5, 2020 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - June 29, 2020

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on June 29, 2020.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, WI  54138 for Pete Umentum, 5074 County Road JJ, Green Bay, WI  54311 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T32N, R17E, Town of Riverview, 11763 Black Bass Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 11:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Robert and Dixie Kleiman, N3026 Church Road, Kewaunee, WI  54216 for a Conditional Use Permit for a home older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 12, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, 13904 Peshtigo Brook Fire Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 1:45 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Bagley Town Hall for Doug Hammond, 2666 Spica Lane, Green Bay, WI  54311 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road. Location of the property is in Section 36, T30N, R18E, Town of Bagley, 9795 White Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
