May 21, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - June 14, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on June 14, 2021 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the ABRAMS Town Hall, 5877 Main Street, Abrams for Johannes and Amy VanVeen, 509 County Road C, Pulaski, WI  54162 to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 509 County Road C.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1 at the Abrams Town Hall for Andy Otten, 2180 Cross Road, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 3, T26N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 2180 Cross Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the MAPLE VALLEY Town Hall for Sharon Raatz, 5703 Quarterline Road, Gillett, WI  54124, Agent: Tracy Ondik, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T28N, R18E, Town of Gillett, 5649 Quarterline Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following Application No. 3 at the Maple Valley Town Hall for Mike and Lorie Beyer, 8087 Ondik Lane, Gillett, WI  54124, Agent: Tracy Ondik, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 8087 Ondik Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Andrew VanWychen, 1891 Antelope Trail, Kaukauna, WI  54130, Agent: Sara VanWychen to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Restricted Commercial District.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T32N, R17E, Town of Riverview, 15384 County Road W.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following Application No. 5 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Joseph Kampf, 15714 Binder Lake Road, Lakewood, WI  54138 to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Restricted Commercial District.  Location of the property is in Section 19, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15716 Binder Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 2:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
