November 12, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - December 6, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on December 6, 2021 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the GILLETT Town Hall for Daniel Gardebrecht, 13150 County Road M, Suring, WI  54174, Agent:  Harry Smith, to rezone property from Agricultural District to Community Service.  Location of the property is in Section 11, T29N, R17E, Town of How, State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1 at the GILLETT Town Hall for McCauslin Brook, LLP, 17067 Clubhouse Lane, Lakewood, WI 54138 and Donald, Jr. and Adriane Bartels, 14718 County Road F, Lakewood, WI  54138, Agent: Harry Smith, to rezone from Residential Single Family District with Quarry Overlay to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 33, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, County Road F.  (No on-site inspection necessary).

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:00 AM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the STILES Town Hall for Gerald & Ellen Crozier Revocable Trust, 4701 N. 124th Street, Butler, WI  53007, Agent:  Jason Martin, to rezone from Forest District to Forest District with Quarry Overlay.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles, Konitzer Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM

APPLICATION NO. 5 immediately following Application No. 4 at the STILES Town Hall for Stephan & Patsy Betley, 2999 Maple Grove School Road, Oconto, WI  54153 to rezone property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 2, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 2999 Maple Grove School Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 1:45 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Terry and Barbara Monfort, 7216 Sundew Road, Sobieski, WI  54171 to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 7, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 7216 Sundew Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
