January 20, 2022 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - February 14, 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on February 14, 2022 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Oconto Town Hall for Cletus Lepak and Marilyn Ness. 2454 Forest Meadows, Suamico, WI  54313, Agent:  Michael Andraschko, to rezone from Forest District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 5580 Funk Road. (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1 at the Oconto Town Hall for David VanderVelden, 4101 Airport Road, Oconto, WI  54153 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 4101 Airport Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following Application No. 2 at the OCONTO Town Hall for Richard & Rhoda VanVreede, W3149 Grenier Road, Appleton, WI  54913, Agent: Hugh Guy, for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to reduce the width of an existing lot to less than 75 feet.  Location of the property is in Section 7, T32N, R16E, Town of Riverview, 16270 Maiden Lake Road.  (No on-site inspection necessary)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
