April 9, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - April 28, 2021

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on April 28, 2021.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Kevin Sommerfeld, 2060 Cottonwood Court, DePere, WI  54115, Agent: Steve Bieda, for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road, and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 19, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain, 13480 Old 64 Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Greg Strong, 17259 N. Wapota Drive, Townsend, WI  54175 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T33N, R15E,Town of Townsend, 17259 N. APPLICATION NO. 3 immdiately following Application No. 2 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Michael Secora, 2686 Valentine Road, Abrams, WI  54101 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road, and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 28, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17411 Meadow Parkway.  (On-site inspection at 9:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following Application No. 3 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Dale and Barbara Schmechel, 3302 Stone Ridge, Green Bay, WI  54313 for a variance to build closer to the side lot line, and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T33N,R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15895 E. APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:30 PM at the Spruce Town Hall, 9097 County Road B, for Mich-Wis Pipeline, W3925 Pipeline Lane, Eden, WI  53019, Agent: Todd Brister for a variance to build a structure greater than the 35 foot height standard.  Location of the property is in Section 5, T30N, R18E, Town of Bagley, 11345 State Highway 64.  (On-site inspection at 12:45 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following Application No. 5 at the Spruce Town Hall for Mike and Julie Casper, 8392 Clay Road, Suring, WI  54174, Agent: Justin Arneson for a Conditional Use Permit for a home older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, 9114 Kelly Brook Court.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
