June 4, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - June 28, 2021

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on June 28, 2021.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Randall and Amanda Reed, 3206 S. Tahoe Lane, Appleton, WI  54915 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 6, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, 9716 N. Kelly Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for WICO, Inc., 12525 Knollwood Lane, #28, Suring, WI  54174 for four (4) Conditional Use Permits for homes older than 15 years.  Location of the property is Lot 4, Lot 24, Lot 81 and Lot 84, Section 30, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain, 12525 Knollwood Lane. APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following Application No. 5 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Patricia Smits, et al and Michael Maes, 2019 Labyrinth Lane, DePere, WI  54115 for variances to build a retaining wall closer to the north lot line, ordinary high water mark and road, and a variance to build a house closer to the south lot line.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17748 W Wheeler Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 immediately following Application No. 6 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Dale and Barbara Schmechel, 3302 Stone Ridge, Green Bay, WI  54313 for a CONTINUED hearing for a variance to build closer to the side lot line, and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15895 E. Chain Lake Road and 17293 Peninsula Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
