July 16, 2021 - AMENDED Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - August 9, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on August 9, 2021 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM , or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the RIVERVIEW TOWN HALL , 15471 State Highway 32, for a CONTINUED HEARING for Joseph Kampf, 15714 Binder Lake Road, Lakewood, WI 54138 to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Restricted Commercial District. Location of the property is in Section 19, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15716 Binder Lake Road. (No on-site inspection necessary)

APPLICATION NO. 10 immediately following Application No. 9 at the CHASE TOWN HALL, 8481 County Road S for Oskey Realty LLC, 3200 Gray Hawk Trail, Suamico, WI 54313, Agent: Jesse Oskey, to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District. APPLICATION NO. 12 immediately following Application No. 11 at the Chase Town Hall for Antoinette Rozek, 9250 N Brown County Line Road, Pulaski, W 54162, Agent: Steven Bieda, to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 32, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 9250 N. Brown County Line Road. (On-site inspection at 2:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
