Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on August 31, 2020.
APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at Pensaukee Town Hall for Paul & Marcia Verhoeven, 1043 Chandler Lane, Sun Prairie, WI 53590, Agent: Randall Oettinger, for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road. Location of the property is in Section 27, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, Windross Lane. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)
APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Peters Aggregates, LLC, James and Janet Peters, 4023 County Road B, Pulaski, WI 54162, Agent: Jeff Beyer, for a modification of an existing Quarry Conditional Use Permit for a service road. Location of the property is in Sections 5 and 6, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 4638 County Road J. (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)
Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
