September 4, 2020 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - September 28, 2020

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on September 28, 2020.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Patricia Smits, et al, 485 Stella Vista Drive, Green Bay, WI  54302 for a variance to build closer to both side lot lines, a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road, and a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark. Location of the property is in Section 27, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17748 West Wheeler Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the SPRUCE TOWN HALL for David and Cynthia Kleuskens, W3351 Geenen Lane, Freedom, WI  54913 for a variance to build closer to the side lot line, a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road and the public access, and to reduce the visual clearance triangle.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 9345 North Kelly Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following Application No. 2, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Spruce Town Hall for Theodore Casey, 2212 Chestnut Street, Northbrook, IL  60062 for a variance to build closer to the side lot line, a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road, and a variance to build closer to the rear lot line. Location of the property is in Section 6, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, 9408 County Road G.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at immediately following Application No. 3, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Spruce Town Hall for Cover Rentals, LLC, Taylor Markiewicz, 1566 W. Mason Street, Green Bay, WI  54303, Agent: Mike Stoeckigt, for a variance to build closer to the side lot line, and a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 5, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, 9645 County Road G.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Pensaukee Town Hall, for Sam Walkowiak, 3406 County Road S, Little Suamico, WI  54141 for a variance to build closer to the side lot line, and for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 3406 County Road S.  (On-site inspection at 12:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
