Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on July 27, 2020.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Gerald Brockman Family Irrev. Trust (Matthew Brockman), 5504 Long Court, Appleton, WI  54915, Agent:  Harry Smith for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain, 13293 N. Anderson Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Scott Simeons, 3843 Sandhill Drive, Pulaski, WI  54162, Agent: Rod Hansen for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T32N, R17E, Town of Riverview, 11864 Schmidt Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Dale & Barbara Schmechel, 3302 Stone Ridge, Green Bay, WI  54313 for a variance to build close to the side lot line and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary  high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15895 E. APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Christopher Olson, 9485 N. Kelly Lake Road, Suring, WI  54174 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 9485 N. Kelly Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for McKeefry Real Estate, LLC, 1051 State Highway 32, Pulaski, WI  54162, Agent:  Jeff LaViolette, for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry  Location of the property is in Section 3, T26, R19E, Town of Chase, Gohr Road and County Road C.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
