July 17, 2020 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - August 10, 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on August 10, 2020 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Maple Valley Town Hall for Anthony Consiglio, 3187 Bark Lake Road, Hubertus, WI  53033, Agent:  Harry Smith to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 18, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 11731 State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Maple Valley Town Hall for Olson Valley Farms, Inc., 13337 Crescent Drive, Suring, WI  54174 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 2, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 10328 Hickory Cemetery Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Curtis and Eugene Stoll, 6617 County Road B, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 14, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 6415 County Road B.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Town Hall for Mary Augustine, 2332 Doran Street, Oconto, WI  54153 and Daniel Cardinal and Samantha Brabant, 5649 Elm Avenue, Oconto, WI  54153 to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Rural Residential District; and from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T28N, R22E, Town of Oconto, 2332 Doran Street and 5649 Elm Avenue.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
