December 13, 2019 - AMENDED Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - January 13, 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on January 13, 2020 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Village Tractor & Repair, 201 W. Green Bay Avenue, Bonduel, WI  54107, Agent:  Kevin Bartlett to rezone from Residential Single Family District, Rural Residential District and Unzoned to General Commercial District.  The Planning & Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing.  Location of the property is in Section 14, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 1465 E. APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Rick Boucher, 5196 Kruegers Quarry Road, Oconto, WI  54153 and Timothy DeHut, 4601 Allen Road, Oconto, WI  54153, Agent: Paul Shallow to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 1, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 5196 Kruegers Quarry Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Town Hall for David and Mary VanderVelden, 3694 Airport Road, Oconto, WI  54153 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 4101 Airport Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Maple Valley Town Hall for Dale Fabry, 9235 White Lake Road, Suring, WI  54174 to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 12, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 9235 White Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Maple Valley Town Hall for Daniel McMahon, 9700 Yatso Road, Lena, WI  54139 to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 9700 Yatso Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:50 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
