July 9, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - July 28, 2021

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on July 28, 2021.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 12:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Juan Medardo Cruz, W5146 Shady Lane, Shawano, WI  54166, Agent:  Jose Galvan Morales, for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling older than 15 years.  Locaiton of the property is in Section 31, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill, 5115 County Road HH.  (On-site inspeciton at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, WI  for Chris Pierquet, 2555 Sage Drive, Green Bay, WI  54302 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 12, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, 13768 Ranch Lake Drive.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 immediately following Application No. 4 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Charles Schneider, N2289 County Road C, Chilton, WI  53014, Agent: Rod Hansen for variances to build closer to the centerline of the road and town access road.  Location of the property is in Section 33, T33N, R15E,Town of Townsend, 16999 Burnt Dam Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following application No. 5 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for RBA Properties, Agent: Ryan Beaber, P.O. Box 65, Lakewood, WI  54138 for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17791 Fernwood Drive.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
