Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on May 26, 2021.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Tammy Miller, 2220 Stillwater Court, Neenah, WI 54956, Agent: Jeff Lieuwen, for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark. Location of the property is in Section 2, T32N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 16583 Bells Point Road. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Mike Knuppel, 237 Killdeer Avenue, Campbellsport, WI 53010 for a variance to build closer to both side lot lines, closer to the centerline of the road, and closer to the high water mark. APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following Application No. 3 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Dale & Barbara Schmechel, 3302 Stone Ridge, Green Bay, WI 54313 for a variance to build closer to the side lot line and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark. APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Abrams Town Hall for DLB Properties II LLC, 10522 County Road A, Suring, WI 54174 for a Conditional Use Permit for storage buildings. Location of the property is in Section 10, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena, DB Frontage Road. (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following Application No. 5 at the Abrams Town Hall for Patrick & Lori Scanlan, 3649 State Highway 22, Oconto, WI 54153 for a Conditional Use Permit for fuel truck and associated equipment storage. Location of the property in Section 22, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 3649 State Highway 22. (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 immediately following Application No. 6 at the Abrams Town Hall for Medallion Properties LLC, N1900 S. 31st Road, Coleman, WI 54112, Agent: Darin or Michelle DeWitt, for a Conditional Use Permit for a diesel and agricutural service and repair business. Location of the property is in Section 3, T26N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 2118 W. Frontier Road. (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
