April 15, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - May 10, 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on May 10, 2021 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Thomas and Karen Birr, 9189 Dudzik Road, Krakow, WI  54137, Agent:  Steve Bieda, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 5, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 9189 Dudzik Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following Application No. 1,  at the Chase Town Hall for Roy and JoAnn Wilcox, 8077 County Road S, Pulaski, WI  54162, Agent: Steve Bieda, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 8077 County Road S.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Town Hall for Patrick and Lori Scanlan, 3649 State Highway 22, Oconto, WI  54153 to rezone from Agricultural District to Restricted Commercial District.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 3649 State Highway 22.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for James Trochta, 10335 Big Eddie Lane, Suring, WI  54174 and Tina Christenson, 12855 North Branch Road, Suring, WI  54174, Agent:  Harry Smith, to rezone from Residential District and Forest District to Forest District and Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 25, T30N, R17E, Town of Breed, end of Cedar Valley Lane (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 immediately following Application No. 4 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Russell & Janeene Kohl, 1737 Schaefer Circle, Appleton, WI  54915, Agent:  Hugh Guy, to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 14402 Highland Drive.  (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following Application No. 5 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Kyle Genke, 17173 St. Mary’s Road, Lakewood, WI  54138 to rezone from General Commercial District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17298 Emma Lea Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
