NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Land and Water Resources Committee will hold public hearings on September 12, 2022 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:10 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Oconto Town Hall for Anthony Martin, 4428 State Hwy 22, Lena, WI 54139, to rezone from Rural Residential District to General Commercial District. The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. Location of the property is in Section 17, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto.  (On-site inspection at 8:00 AM) 4428 State Hwy 22

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 8:55 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Lena Town Hall for Danny & Susan Kanack, 9151 Gravel Ln, Lena, WI 54139 Agent: Joseph Kanack, to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District . Location of the property is in Section 10, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM) Jagiello Rd

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Chase Town Hall for Doug Malinski, 3102 Sundown Ct., Green Bay, WI 54313, to rezone from Agricultural District with Quarry overlay to Forest District.  Location of the property is in Section 17, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM) 8597 Van Dornick Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Little Suamico Town Hall for David Wilinski, 7100 Sundew Rd., Sobieski, WI 54171, Agent: Steve Bieda, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 7, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM) Sundew Rd

APPLICATION NO. 5 immediately follow application no. 4  at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Tim & Melissa Goltz, 6824 Allen Rd., Sobieski, WI 54171, Agent: Tracy Ondik, to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM) 6824 Allen Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following application no. 5  at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Don Wolfgram/ Linda Vanboxtel/ Steven Lanser, 13648 Tonka Ln., Suring, WI 54174,  to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico.  (On-site inspection at 10:50 AM) 5286 Allen Rd & 1022 Tanglewood Dr.

APPLICATION NO. 7 immediately following application no. 6  at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Matthew Christoff, 5564 Brown Rd, Little Suamico, WI 54141, Agent: Jamie Lunn , to rezone from General Commercial District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 35, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM) 5564 E. Brown Rd


Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezoning’s are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
