Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on March 9, 2020 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Robert and Bonita King, 5420 Bramschreiber Road, Little Suamico, WI  54141, Agent: Amy Alexander, to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 5420 Bramschreiber Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the How Town Hall for WRVM, Inc., P.O. APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Patricia Schulze, 60 S. Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
