November 5, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings-Board of Adjustments-November 29, 2021

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on November 29, 2021.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Underhill Town Hall for Kelly Moore, 5145 County Road HH, Gillett, WI  54124, Agent: Daniel Wright, for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling over 15 years old.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill, 4933 County Road HH.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Gary Vannieuwenhoven, 8747 N. White Potato Lake Road, Pound, WI  54161 for a variance to reduce the visual clearance triangle.  Location of the property is in Section 25, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, 12548 Brazeau Dump Lane.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Little River Town Hall for Richard Mussehl, 4438 VanHoff Lane, Lena, WI  54139 for a Conditional Use Permit for a wind turbine on a 60’ tower and a ground mount solar panel system.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T29, R21E, Town of Little River, 4438 VanHoff Lane.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
