August 6, 2021 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - August 30, 2021

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on August 30, 2021.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Morgan Town Hall for Gaertig Farms, LLC, 3137 County Road C, Oconto Falls, WI  54154, Agent: Brian Gaertig, for a Conditional Use Permit for housing for migrant workers.  Location of the property is in Section 28, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 3137 County Road C.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for a continued hearing for Chris Pierquet, 2555 Sage Drive, Green Bay, WI  54302 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 12, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, 13768 Ranch Lake Drive.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following Application No. 2 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Kenton Langman, 2109 Indian Creek Drive, Manitowoc, WI  54220 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17876 Horn Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 & 5 immediately following Application No. 3 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for RBA Properties, P.O. Box 65, Lakewood, WI 54138, Agent:  Ryan Beaber, for two (2) Conditional Use Permits for dwellings over 15 years old.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17791 Fernwood Drive.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 immediately following Applications No. 4 & 5 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Richard Bartels, 17170 County Club Road, Lakewood, WI  54138 for variances to build closer to both side lot lines, and for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17641 East Wheeler Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
