March 21, 2022 - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS- REZONES- APRIL 11, 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on April 11, 2022 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Town of Lakewood, Po Box 40, Lakewood, WI 54138, Agent: Kathleen Marsh, rezone from Residential Single Family District and General Commercial District to Community Service District.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15235 State Hwy 32. (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Oconto Town Hall, for Y & B Investments LLC, W1760 US Hwy 41, Marinette, WI 54143, Agent: Micael Andrashko, rezone from General Commercial District to Light Industrial District.  Location of the property is in Section 25, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 5659 Business 41. (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:30 AM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Little Suamico Town Hall for DKG Holdings LLC, 6968 Hwy 47-57, Sturgeon Bay, WI  54235, Agent: Pete Hurth to rezone from Agricultural District to General Commercial District. The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. Location of the property is in Section 14, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, E Frontage Rd. (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following Application No. 3 at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Big Sky Real Estate, LLP, 3957 Robin Lane, Green Bay, WI  54313, Agent: Steve Bieda, to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 33, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, Red Tail Lane.  (No On-site needed)

APPLICATION NO. 5 immediately following Application No. 4 at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Big Sky Real Estate, LLP, 3957 Robin Lane, Green Bay, WI  54313, Agent: Steve Bieda, for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create a permanently closed cul de sac that will exceed the 1000 foot length limit.  Location of the property is in Section 33, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, Red Tail Lane.  (No On-site needed)


Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
