February 17, 2022 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - March 14, 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on March 14, 2022 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and Oconto County Land Division Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Michael Nies, 427 Wilcox Court, DePere, WI 54115, Agent: Hugh Guy, to rezone from Rural Residential Single Family District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, West Wheeler Lake Lane and Austin Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 11:15 AM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the LITTLE SUAMICO TOWN HALL for Paul and Annette Nowak, 4789 Oak Orchard Road, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 4789 Oak Orchard Road. (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following Application No. 2 at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Norbert and Emil Kleczka, 2403 South Idlewild Court, Green Bay, WI  54303, Agent:  Brandon Robaidek, to rezone from Agricultural District to General Commercial District. The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. Location of the property is in Section 35, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, East Frontage Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following Application No. 3 at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Big Sky Real Estate, LLP, 3957 Robin Lane, Green Bay, WI  54313, Agent:  Steve Bieda, for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create a permanently closed cul de sac that will exceed the 1000 foot length limit.  Location of the property is in Section 33, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, Red Tail Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
