August 14, 2017 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustment - September 1, 2017

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on September 1, 2017.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Green Valley-Morgan Fire Department, N5746 Oak Avenue, Green Valley, WI for MSE Investments, LLC, 2230 Palisades Drive, Appleton, WI  54915, Agent: Mark Schuh,  for a variance to build closer to the side lot line.  Location of the property is in Section 18, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 3922 State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for William Schultz, 1315 Cross Road, Sobieski, WI  54171 for a Conditional Use Permit for a retail or wholesale business involving sales of goods and/or services to include tire sales.  Location of the property is in Section 16, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 1315 Cross Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
